Are your materials recycled contents?
Yes, the material we use for custom made orders are recycled fabric.
For solid design, we use Italian Carvico high end recycled fabrics made of ECONYL® yarn. A 78% regenerated nylon yarn that turns waste problems into fashion and interior solutions.
We also use the trusted, branded recycled performance fiber REPREVE®. It is used to make sustainable yoga clothes with wicking, odor control, and more.
Do you have any recycled certification or hangtag to prove the eco friendly yoga wear?
Yes, we do. For the fabric we use for custom yoga wear, you could ask for Carvico® hang tags or Repreve® hangtags.
Do you offer custom service with my own logo and designs?
Of course, we do. We are professional manufacturer that can produce custom made yoga wear for stores and brands.
What sizes do you offer for kids design?
Available size: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 (XS-3XL).
Do you offer custom service for label, washing instruction, package bag and hangtag?
Yes, we do. Email sales@rtfsports.cc with your design, quantity and sizes for quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) needed to place an custom order?
The minimum is 200 pieces. You may, however, order a mix of sizes.
Can I get a sample with my branding logo and design before making bulk order?
Yes, we offer physical sample pre-production/ order.
What is your lead times?
A: Upon payment and all details confirmation, 7-10 days for sample.

What kind of Express do you use?
Not only did we ship with USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, but we also did use TNT as well. It's up to you to make the decision.
What are your payment methods?

How about Refunds and Exchanges?
Sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for refund unless the product is deemed faulty. The RTFSports does not accept responsibility for incorrect sizes and/or colours ordered by the client. More at CUSTOM TERMS & CONDITIONS.
